Meet Monica Albers...

"Mo' was raised and worshiped in an ethic South Omaha Community and is thankful for her diverse upbringing & culture, she graduated from Omaha South High School, Attended Patricia Stevens ( AKA; Texas Art Institute) Public Relations and Interior Design. UNO- Adult Business Classes and Randall School of Real Estate. Mo spent 25 years at, Millard Lumber Design Gallery in Architectural Hardware Design & Sales. Specializing in new Residential Construction and Remodels.

Mo became active with; NAHB, National Association Home Builders. NARI, National Association Remodelers Industry. MOBA-WC, Metro Omaha Builders Association-Women’s Council. ASID-AM, American Society Interior Designers- Allied Member.
She served on the board for MOBA-WC / NAHB-PWB, Professional Women Builders for many years and was elected President of MOBA-WC. She has won the National NAHB-PWB “Best”Award for her Scholarship Fund Raising events. Her Architectural Hardware selections & projects have been featured at Street -Of -Dreams. In Omaha Magazine. Trends and is on display in Millard Lumber Design Gallery.

For fun she loves spending time with family, hubby Jay, 2 sons Teddy and Johnny, 2-Gkid's & caring for her mother Katharina. Between Real Estate Deals she also loves to entertain, cooking, baking, decorating cakes for her family. Jay and Mo love to Boat The Missouri River, she created "The Omaha River Rats" on FaceBook a social site for fellow boaters to share experiences, gather for River events, support river businesses & calls for help when needed.

Mo & Her hubby Jay own and operate a family business, Albers Handyman Services LLC-Jay runs the show. Jay stays busy Sub-contracting with,Omaha’s Premier Custom Builders, Remodelers and Interior Designers, installing Architectural Hardware.
